The holidays are a joyous time for gathering with family and friends. It’s a time of laughter, children playing, fun decorations, favorite foods and creating memories!
But for many, it may also bring sadness because our loved ones won’t be home for Christmas.
Some of you may be experiencing your first Christmas without someone you love. Or maybe it’s been many years since they left but the holidays still bring about a certain sadness because they’re not here with you.
You might also be sad because a family member is away serving in the military or just won’t be visiting this year.
If you’re experiencing any kind of loss or grief during this holiday season, I invite you to find a quiet space and listen to the following guided meditation that I created for you. Click HERE for the recording.
I have lost many family and friends in the month of December and this meditation has helped me honor my memories of the past while also enjoying the present.
I hope it provides you some comfort and peace so that you may more fully enjoy the beauty that this year’s Christmas has to offer.
With love,
Heather
